For Custom orders, the minimum initial order per design is 15 items which can be spread across men’s, women’s and kids sizes if wanted.

Can I mix and match sizes and have different player names and numbers within an order?

Yes. As long as the total number ordered meets our minimum order quantity, then you’re able to mix and match sizes. You’re free to also have different player names and numbers. Just let us know what you need when requesting a quote or placing an enquiry.

The inclusion of all your club badges and sponsor logos are free of charge providing any artwork is supplied in a suitable format for printing. We’re committed to giving you the best possible result so, should we feel any artwork supplied or uploaded isn’t of sufficient resolution or clarity for print, we’ll let you know prior to proceeding with your order. Should this happen, we would ask you to either resupply or, if required (and for a small charge), we can optimize it for you.

Yes. However, as this isn’t part of the printing process there will be both an additional charge and a set minimum quantity. As always, let us know and we’ll be happy to give you further information.

All items are subject to a postage and packing charge which will be confirmed at the invoice stage.

We’d recommend allowing 6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery, though this may vary slightly depending on the time of year.

Once an order has been confirmed we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it. Should you wish to amend, please contact us immediately and we’ll let you know what can or can’t be done.

Unless a garment is faulty, we are unable to offer any refunds of exchanges as all items are made to order. Should you wish to discuss a faulty item, please contact us.

Unlike traditional methods like heat press or screen printing which lie on top of the fabric, a sublimation print is embedded into the fabric using heat and ink. This means that the print won’t crack, peel, wash off or fade away. It also means that you can get amazing detail and a breadth of color options that other printing techniques can’t match. And because we sublimate onto the fabric before it’s sewn into garment form, you’re not bound by the limitations of printing onto a garment, you can have a design that reaches from seam to seam.
